Each session costs R100, but if you purchase any Silki product on the day of your appointment, the R100 will be credited toward your purchase, making your consultation essentially free!

- Please ensure your face is makeup free
Cancellation Policy T&C’s
If you cancel or do not attend your booking, the R100 will be forfeited and you will need to book and pay again for a new session. We are also unable to-reschedule appointments and should you wish to change it you will forfeit your booking fee and need to rebook.
Should you not purchase any products on the day of your appointment the R100 will not be redeemable on a later day.

Please make sure your arrive in time. We might not be able to help when arriving late for your appointment

Our normal fulfillment time is within 3-5 working days.
During Sales the fulfilment could take up to 5-10 working days.
