Silki Skincare Birthday Campaign 2025 – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional giveaways hosted by Silki during our 4th Birthday Campaign, taking place from 9am 23 May to 9am 2 June 2025 across various social media platforms and retail locations.

By entering any of our giveaways, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

1. Instagram & TikTok Live Giveaways (Daily from 1PM–3PM)

1.1 Silkin Bag Giveaway

Customers who place an order of R550 or more between 1PM and 3PM during our Instagram & TikTok Lives will be entered into a random draw. At the end of each Live session, a Bingo machine will be used to randomly select 5 winners from eligible order numbers.

Each winner will receive a free Silkin Bag.

1.2 Product Giveaway via Spin the Wheel

Customers who place orders of R550 or more during the Lives and comment their order number will qualify to spin a prize wheel.
If the order meets all requirements, customers can win a free product.

1.3 MacBook Giveaway

A total of 11 MacBooks will be given away:
10 for orders placed on the Silki website, Canal Walk, and Mall of Africa
1 for orders placed at Segura Emporium in Namibia

Every day, we’ll select one winning order number using a random Bingo machine. The draw will be based on the previous day’s orders of R750 or more between 9am and 9am (24 Hours)

Winners will be announced live at the end of each day’s Instagram & TikTok Live.
Only purchases from the above-mentioned locations qualify.

Orders from other retailers or third-party stockists do not qualify for this giveaway.

2. Silkin Bag Social Media Giveaway (Instagram & TikTok)

We are giving away 15 Silkin Bags through our social media platforms.

Repost the video to your Instagram Story or on TikTok and tag us

This giveaway is open from 9AM Friday, 23 May until 9AM Monday, 2 June 2025.

Winners will be selected at random and announced on our social media pages between 3–6 June 2025, after the birthday campaign ends.

3. Winner Announcement & Claiming Prizes

All winners will be announced via our Instagram & TikTok Lives or directly contacted via email or DM.
For Instagram & TikTok Live giveaways, selected participants will be phoned live during the session. (MACBOOK WINNERS ONLY)

4. Additional Terms

One entry per order. Multiple orders are allowed but each must independently meet the value criteria.
Silki reserves the right to:

Disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules
Substitute prizes for one of equal or greater value in the case of availability issues
Cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time without notice

By participating, you consent to Silki using your first name or social media handle in promotional announcements if you win.

5. Data Protection

Any personal data submitted for giveaway purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
