These Terms & Conditions apply to the Silki “Your Skin, Decoded” Durban Promotion, hosted at WeAreEgg Gateway, Durban, while stocks last.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
Customers may book a professional Silki skin analysis at WeAreEgg Gateway for R100.
The skin analysis includes an assessment of the customer’s skin and personalised Silki product recommendations.
The R100 skin analysis fee is fully redeemable against Silki products purchased at WeAreEgg Gateway on the same day as the customer’s analysis.
2. SKIN ANALYSIS FEE AND REDEMPTION
2.1 Payment
The R100 skin analysis fee must be paid upfront to secure the customer’s booking.
2.2 Redemption
The R100 fee may be redeemed against the purchase of Silki products immediately following the customer’s skin analysis.
The R100 redemption:
- Applies to Silki products purchased at WeAreEgg Gateway only
- Must be used on the same day as the skin analysis
- May not be redeemed at another Silki store, reseller or online
- May not be exchanged for cash
- May not be carried over or used at a later date
- May only be redeemed once
Should the customer choose not to purchase any Silki products on the day of the skin analysis, the R100 fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited for future use.
3. FREE GOODIE BAG OFFER
3.1 Qualifying Spend
Customers must spend R500 or more on Silki products after the R100 skin analysis redemption has been applied to qualify for a free promotional goodie bag.
This means that customers must select Silki products with a total value of at least R600:
- The R100 skin analysis fee is redeemed against the product purchase.
- The customer must then pay a remaining amount of at least R500.
- Only customers whose final product spend, after the R100 redemption, is R500 or more will qualify for the free goodie bag.
3.2 Goodie Bag Availability
The free goodie bag offer is limited to the first 200 qualifying customers only.
To qualify, the customer must:
- Complete a Silki skin analysis at WeAreEgg Gateway
- Redeem the R100 skin analysis fee against Silki products
- Spend and pay at least R500 on Silki products after the R100 redemption has been applied
- Complete the qualifying purchase while promotional goodie bags are still available
- Booking or completing a skin analysis does not automatically reserve or guarantee a goodie bag.
Goodie bags will be issued to the first 200 customers who meet all qualifying requirements, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
3.3 Goodie Bag Conditions
- A maximum of one goodie bag may be claimed per qualifying customer
- A maximum of one goodie bag may be claimed per qualifying transaction
- Qualifying purchases may not be split or combined between customers or transactions
- Goodie bags may not be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products
- Goodie bag contents are predetermined and may not be exchanged
- Silki reserves the right to substitute an item with another item of similar value where necessary
- No goodie bags will be issued once all 200 promotional goodie bags have been claimed
4. PARTICIPATING LOCATION
This promotion is available exclusively at:

Gateway Theatre of Shopping
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Purchases made through feelsilki.com, other Silki stores, other WeAreEgg locations, Takealot or any other authorised reseller do not qualify for this promotion.
5. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND ATTENDANCE
Skin analysis bookings are subject to appointment availability.
Each customer must make a separate booking and select an available appointment time.
Customers must arrive on time for their appointment. Customers who arrive late may not be accommodated.
Should a customer cancel, fail to attend or miss their scheduled appointment, the R100 booking fee will be forfeited.
Appointments may not be transferred to another customer unless approved by Silki.
Customers may be required to book and pay again should they wish to attend at another time.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PROMOTIONAL QUALIFICATION
Silki’s standard returns and exchange policies apply, subject to applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Should a qualifying purchase later be cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, charged back or returned, resulting in the value of the retained products falling below R500, Silki reserves the right to:
- Revoke the customer’s eligibility for the promotion
- Require the promotional goodie bag to be returned unused and unopened
- Deduct the retail value of the goodie bag or its contents from any refund due
The R100 skin analysis fee remains subject to the redemption and cancellation conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
7. STOCK AVAILABILITY
All Silki products and promotional goodie bags are subject to availability.
No backorders, reservations, rain checks or replacements will be provided once the promotional goodie bags have been fully claimed. Silki does not guarantee the availability of any specific Silki product during the promotion.
8. GENERAL TERMS
Silki reserves the right to:
- Verify whether a customer has met the promotional requirements
- Refuse a goodie bag where the qualifying conditions have not been met
- Correct pricing, promotional or system errors
- Amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary
- Amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary
This promotion may not be combined with another promotion, discount, voucher or promotional code unless expressly stated by Silki.
Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate or abuse the promotional mechanics may result in
disqualification.
By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Customer information will be processed in accordance with Silki’s Privacy Policy.
