Giveaway Entry & Prize Selection:

  • Each qualifying order over R350 will receive one complimentary Oil Gloss. Please Note that orders of R700 or more do not qualify for an additional Oil Gloss - the offer is limited to one per order, regardless of total spend. 
  • Entry into the draw to win a Macbook OR R10 000 Cash is based on orders placed on feelsilki.com and Silki store purchases exclusively within the 24-hour period from 9am-9am, Monday to Friday, from the 17th of November until the 1st of December.
  • Winners will be selected via a live draw during our Instagram and TikTok live stream sessions, held at 1pm, Monday - Friday from the 18th of November until 2nd December. 
  • Winners will receive three phone call attempts. If the winner does not answer or cannot be reached after these attempts, Silki reserves the right to select a new winner. Winners will be contacted during the live stream and must select and accept their prize during the live session.
  • A valid contact number must be supplied in order to qualify for the Purple November Giveaway. Customers who do not provide a contact number will automatically forfeit the chance to enter or claim any giveaway prizes.
  • Because draws do not take place over weekends, the Monday draw will include all qualifying orders placed between Friday 9am and Monday 9am. These orders will be treated as the previous 24-hour entry period for the purposes of the giveaway (see table below). 
  • Each winner may choose either a Macbook Air M1 OR R10 000 Cash. 
  • All prizes will be issued after the sale period ends.

  • The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa only.
    Orders placed or entries received from outside South Africa will not be eligible.

 

Instagram & TikTok Live Sessions: 

Instagram and TikTok lives will take place every Monday - Friday from the 17th of November until the 1st of December at 1pm-2pm. 

MacBook OR R10 000 Cash winners will be announced during the live.

    General Sale T&C's: 

    These Terms & Conditions apply to the Purple November 2025 sale hosted by Silki from 17 November 2025 - 2 December 2025. 

    Participation in sales constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

     

    1. Eligibility 

    • The sale is open to all customers shopping via Silki-owned stores and the Silki website and resellers, including Takealot, WeAreEgg and Segura Emporium (Namibia).
    • Sale prices are only valid for the duration of the campaign period.

    2. Sale Period

    • The starts at 9am on Monday, 17th November 2025 and ends at 9am on Tuesday, 2 December 2025.
    • No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond the advertised period.

    3. Delivery & Order Fulfilment 

    • During the Purple November sale, orders may take up to 10 working days to be fulfilled due to high order volumes.
    • Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses and product details cannot be amended. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order. 
    • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete contact information when placing an order, whether online or in-store. Silki Skincare and its employees will not be held liable for any delays, missed deliveries, or communication issues resulting from incorrect or missing contact details supplied by the customer.

    4. Discounts & Promotions

    • Prices are as marked and cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount code unless explicitly stated.

    5. Stock Availability

    • All promotions are subject to stock availability.
    • Once promotional stock is sold out, no backorders or rain checks will be issued.

    6. Returns & Exchanges

    • Standard return and exchange policies apply to sale items unless otherwise specified
    • Returned items must meet Silki’s return policy requirements (unopened, unused, within the return window).
    • Refunds for sale items will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

    7. Exclusions

    • Certain products may be excluded from a sale (e.g., newly launched items, limited editions, or specific bundles).
    • Exclusions will be communicated where applicable.

    8. Reseller Participation

    • Purple November discounts apply to the following authorised resellers: Takealot, WeAreEgg, Segura Emporium. 
    • Purchases made through authorised resellers are not eligible for Purple November giveaway rewards. 
    • Silki is not responsible for pricing, errors, or availability at independent resellers.

    9. Errors & Omissions

    • In the event of a pricing error, stock error, or system glitch, Silki reserves the right to cancel or amend orders accordingly.
    • Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled as originally placed.

    10. Changes & Cancellations

    • Silki reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.
    • Any changes will be updated on official Silki channels.

    11. General

    • By participating in Silki promotions, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law.
    • Any personal data submitted for the purpose of orders will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
