5TH BIRTHDAY SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Silki 5th Birthday "Skin Factor" Sale and Promotion, hosted by Silki from 26 May at 9:00am - 2 June 2026 at 9:00am
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. SALE PROMOTION (50% OFF EVERYTHING)
1.1 Promotion Overview
To celebrate Silki's 5th Birthday, all products are available at 50% OFF during the promotional period.
This discount applies across participating channels and is subject to stock availability.
1.2 Promotion Period
The sale runs from: Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 09:00AM to Tuesday, 2 June 2026 at 09:00AM.
No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond this period.

1.4 Discount Conditions

All products are discounted at 50% OFF RRP as marked

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or codes unless stated by Silki
- Discount does not apply to the purchasing of vouchers.
2. GIVEAWAYS, PRIZES & GAME MECHANICS
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY NOTE
All giveaways, prize mechanics, live entries, and in-store activations apply ONLY to purchases made on feelsilki.com and in Silki retail stores.
Purchases via resellers are excluded from all promotional mechanics in this section.
2.1 LIVE SHOW GIVEAWAYS (Instagram & TikTok)
Schedule
Live shows will take place on TikTok and Instagram, Monday and Friday 1:00PM - 2:00PM during the promotional period.
No live sessions will take place over weekends.
How it works

Customers who place an online order of R600 or more (feelsilki.com only) during the live session may submit their order number in the live session

Only orders placed online during the live session (1pm - 2pm) qualify for the Spin the Wheel.

In-store purchases are not eligible for spins during live sessions, as these prizes are already available in-store.

Selected entries will be spun live for prizes.

Winners will be announced during the live stream.

2.3 DAILY CASH DRAW – R10 000 PRIZE
Eligibility
Customers who spend R800 or more (feelsilki.com and Silki stores only) qualify for entry into the daily cash draw.
How it works

Each entry period runs from 09:00AM to 08:59AM the following day

Every qualifying order placed within this window is automatically entered

One winner is selected daily* at random using order numbers

Winners will be contacted using the details provided at checkout

If a winner cannot be reached after three contact attempts, Silki reserves the right to select an alternative winner

*No live draws for the R10 000 cash prize will take place over the weekend.
Winners for Friday 29 May, Saturday 30 May and Sunday 31 May will each be drawn separately on Monday, 1 June.

3. GENERAL TERMS
3.1 Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at time of purchase, including:

Delivery address
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to shipping details or items purchased.
Silki is not liable for delays or communication failures resulting from incorrect customer information.
3.2 Delivery & Fulfilment
Due to high order volumes, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Standard courier timeframes apply thereafter.
3.3 Stock Availability
All promotions are subject to stock availability.
Once stock is sold out, no backorders, rain checks, or replacements will be issued.
3.4 Returns, Exchanges & Promotional Qualification
Silki does not offer refunds or exchanges on promotional sale purchases unless required in terms of applicable South African consumer protection laws, including in cases where products are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If an order qualified for:

a giveaway entry,
-
cash draw,
-
live spin,
-
in-store activation,
-
free gift,
-
discount threshold,
-
or any other promotional mechanic,
and the order is later cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, charged back, or partially returned, resulting in the qualifying threshold no longer being met, Silki reserves the right to:

revoke eligibility for the promotion;
-
disqualify the customer from any associated prize draw or giveaway;
-
require any promotional items or prizes to be returned unused and unopened;
-
deduct the retail value of promotional items, prizes, discounts, or benefits received from any refund amount due.
Where a prize has already been awarded or paid out, Silki reserves the right to recover the value thereof should the qualifying transaction later be reversed or refunded.
3.5 Reseller Participation
Authorised resellers include Takealot.com, WeAreEgg (Cavendish, V&A Waterfront, Rosebank + Online) and Segura Emporium (Namibia).
However:

Reseller purchases are excluded from all giveaways, live prizes, in-store activations, and cash draws

Silki is not responsible for reseller pricing, availability, or fulfillment
3.6 Errors & Amendments
Silki reserves the right to:

Correct pricing or system errors
-
Amend or cancel orders affected by errors or stock discrepancies
-
Modify or withdraw any part of the promotion at its discretion
Customers will be notified where applicable.
