Our Free Skin Analysis Happy Hour is designed to make professional skincare advice more accessible by offering complimentary skin analyses during dedicated Happy Hour times every Monday. A Silki Somatologist will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and recommend a personalised skincare routine suited to your skin's needs.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before participating in the promotion.

1. Free Skin Analysis Happy Hour is available every Monday at Silki Mall of Africa and Silki Somerset stores only.
2. Happy Hour operating times are:
   • Mall of Africa: 12:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00
   • Somerset: 12:00–14:00 and 17:00–19:00
3. Customers are encouraged to arrive with sufficient time before store closing to allow enough time for their consultation. Skin Analysis consultations take approximately 15–25 minutes.
4. Free Skin Analyses are offered on a walk-in basis only and are subject to availability. 
5. A Silki Somatologist must be available in-store at the time of your visit to perform the Skin Analysis. If a Somatologist is unavailable, customers will be required to return on another Monday during the advertised Happy Hour times.
6. Waiting times may vary depending on customer demand and store capacity.
7. Skin Analysis recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Customers with persistent or concerning skin conditions should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
8. The complimentary Skin Analysis is limited to one consultation per customer, per day.
   
9. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
10. Silki reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a consultation if it cannot be completed safely or appropriately.
11. Silki reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
