OIL GLOSS SURVEY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This survey and promotional offer is conducted by Silki (the “Promoter”). By completing and submitting the Oil Gloss Survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. This survey is open to legal residents of South Africa only.

2.2. Participants must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2.3. Participation is limited to individuals who have received and used the Silki Oil Gloss product through purchase, promotion, gifting, or authorised distribution.

2.4. Participants who have not received or used the Oil Gloss product are not eligible and may be excluded.

2.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including validating order numbers and purchase records.

 

3. Survey Participation Requirements

3.1. Participants must complete the survey fully and provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.

3.2. Participants must provide a valid and correctly entered email address. The Promoter will not be responsible or held liable for discount codes sent to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid email addresses submitted by participants.

3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any participant who provides false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information.

 

4. Promotional Offer (15% Discount Code)

4.1. Eligible participants who successfully complete the survey will receive a once-off 15% discount code for the Silki Oil Gloss product.

4.2. Discount codes will be emailed to the email address provided in the survey no later than Friday, 20 March 2026.

4.3. The Oil Gloss product is scheduled to launch on 24 March 2026.

4.4. The discount code:

  • Is valid for use in South Africa only

  • Is valid on feelsilki.com and in Silki stores (Canal Walk, Somerset Mall and Mall of Africa) only

  • Is limited to one discount code per person

  • Is valid for one-time use only

  • Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes unless otherwise stated

  • May not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed publicly

  • May be revoked if misuse, abuse, or unauthorised distribution is detected

  • May be subject to an expiry date specified in the email containing the code


5. Right to Exclude and Prevent Fraud

5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude, disqualify, or refuse issuance of a discount code where:

  • The participant has not used or received the Oil Gloss product

  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious activity is detected

  • False, inaccurate, or unverifiable information is provided

  • These Terms & Conditions have been breached

5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke discount codes where misuse or abuse is suspected.

5.3. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Promoter shall not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted by participants

  • Discount codes sent to incorrect email addresses provided by participants

  • Technical failures, system errors, or email delivery failures outside of the Promoter’s control
     6.2. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted information.

7. Use of Feedback and Testimonials

7.1. By submitting the survey, participants grant the Promoter the right to use their feedback, reviews, and testimonials for marketing, promotional, research, and product development purposes.

7.2. Testimonials may be published using the participant’s first name and first initial of their surname (for example: “Sarah M.”) for identification purposes.

7.3. Personal contact details, including email address and phone number, will never be publicly disclosed.

7.4. Testimonials may be used on the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, advertisements, email marketing, and other promotional materials.

 

8. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA Compliance)

8.1. By submitting this survey, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

 8.2. Personal information collected will be used for:

  • Administering the survey

  • Issuing discount codes

  • Customer research and product development

  • Marketing communications, where consent has been given
     8.3. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and will not sell or unlawfully share personal data with third parties.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this survey or promotion at any time without prior notice.

9.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to this survey and promotion shall be final and binding.

9.3. Participation in this survey constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this survey or promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
