December 2025 Summer SPF Promotion: T&Cs
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Silki December SPF Promotion running from 5 December 2025 until 31 December 2025, or while promotional stock lasts.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers shopping via Silki-owned stores and the Silki website (feelsilki.com).

Purchases made through resellers or third-party platforms do not qualify.

Customers must spend R750 or more in a single transaction to receive a free 50ml SPF.

The promotion is limited to residents of South Africa. Orders from outside South Africa will not be eligible.
2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts on Friday, 5 December 2025, and ends on 31 December 2025, or until promotional stock is depleted — whichever comes first.

No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond the advertised period.
3. Delivery & Order Fulfilment
-
During the promotional period, orders may take up to 10 working days to be fulfilled due to increased order volume.

Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses and product selections cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

Silki will not be held liable for delays, missed deliveries, or communication issues resulting from incorrect or missing details.
4. Promotion Details

Customers who spend R750 or more in a single order (product subtotal only) will receive one (1) complimentary 50ml SPF.

The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount code unless explicitly stated.

Promotional gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Once promotional stock is depleted, the promotion will end automatically and no substitutions or compensation will be offered.
5. Stock Availability

The complimentary SPF is subject to availability.

Once promotional stock is depleted, no backorders, substitutes, or rain checks will be issued.
6. Returns & Exchanges
-
Standard Silki return and exchange policies apply unless otherwise specified.

Returned items must meet Silki’s return policy requirements: unopened, unused, and within the return window.

Refunds for qualifying orders will reflect the actual amount paid (excluding the value of the free SPF).

If items from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining value no longer meets R750, the free SPF must also be returned unopened.
If it is not returned, Silki reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the SPF from the refunded amount. -
Silki’s full returns and refund policy applies, including contamination, allergy, and defect rules.
7. Exclusions

Newly launched items, limited editions, or select bundles may be excluded.

Any exclusions will be communicated where applicable.
8. Errors & Omissions

In the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or technical issues, Silki reserves the right to amend or cancel orders.

Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled as originally placed.
9. Changes & Cancellations

Silki reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion.

Any changes will be announced on official Silki channels.
10. Fraud & Abuse

Silki reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that show signs of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion.
11. General

By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law.

Any personal information submitted when placing an order will be handled according to Silki’s Privacy Policy.

Silki is not responsible for any delivery delays or missed communications caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
