Career - Retail Skin Care Therapist

We seek a qualified Retail Skin Care Therapist with sales rep experience, who is driven,

organised, and dynamic for this exciting and challenging role within our sales team. Please note,

no remote positions are available, candidates must be based in Cape Town. Remuneration is

market related.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consulting with customers to discuss their skin care concerns
• Recommending products that fit a customer needs and budget
• Educating customers on how to use skin care products and providing product demonstrations
• Ordering new skin care supplies and maintaining relationships with clients
• Knowledge of cosmetics and skin care
• Initiating sales and maintaining inventory
• Regularly communicate with a variety of different customers
• Building strong relationships with customers, adding value, promoting the deals and innovation
• Practice professionalism in all dealings 

Desired Experience & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiating skills
• 1-2 years customer service experience required
• Tertiary qualification
• Qualification or experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is an advantage
• Track record for achieving monthly sales targets
• Love for Silki
