Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Maitland, Cape Town

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print channels. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, have an eye for detail, and can bring ideas to life with creative flair, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design digital assets including social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Create print materials such as packaging, flyers, in-store signage, and promotional merchandise.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Translate strategic concepts into powerful, on-brand design solutions.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure high-quality, cohesive output.
Manage multiple design projects with precision, creativity, and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver final artwork for print and digital use.

Requirements:

3/5+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing high-level design across both digital and print.
Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Bonus: Basic animation or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).

Nice to Have:

Experience in beauty or lifestyle brands.
Photography or illustration skills.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
