Position: Casual Packer

Location: Maitland, Cape Town

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Packer to join our fulfilment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack online and retail orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all items are packed securely and labelled correctly
• Replenish packing stations and maintain clean, organised work areas
• Report stock shortages or quality issues to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with basic inventory checks when required
• Support the team with additional ad-hoc warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

• This is a shift-based position
• Casual shifts will be rostered according to operational needs
• May include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays during busy periods
