Position: Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Location: Maitland, Cape Town

We seek a highly organised and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position is full-time and candidate to start as soon as possible. Please note, no remote positions are available, candidates must be based in Cape Town. Remuneration is market related.

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain effective communication and feedback relating to customer orders
● Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude
● Process walk-in customer orders/purchases
● Assist customers with collection of orders
● Switchboard
● Assist with ad hoc requests from Directors
Desired Experience & Requirements:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
● Experience as a receptionist/administrator preferred
● 1-2 years customer service experience required
● Grade 12
