Career - Brand Assistant

Job Overview:

The Brand Assistant will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and managing brand-related tasks across various platforms and departments. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences.

  • Support brand positioning and market differentiation efforts.

Campaign Management:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including research, planning, and implementation.

  • Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist in creating and managing brand-related content, including social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company messaging.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.

  • Analyze consumer insights and provide data-driven recommendations.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.

  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines across marketing and communications materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support business objectives.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager, including scheduling meetings, project management, and data analysis.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
